It is nine at night and the meeting is still running in your head. This time you have tools and at least one sentence that stops it, and a page of your own facts to read instead.
You left a meeting at four, and you're still going over it at nine.
You rewrote an email this week that was fine the first time.
You rehearsed a conversation the night before a meeting, then didn't bring it up.
There's someone you stopped working for years ago whose opinion is still getting a say in what you decide.
Enter your bullet points here..

Somewhere behind all of this, there's a voice.
A manager from six years ago. A colleague who undermined you in front of people. Someone whose opinion you'd wouldn't ask for now still gets a say.
This has a name. Narrative Debt: the mental tax you pay every time you second-guess a decision, shrink from a bold idea, or check your instincts against the imaginary opinion of someone who no longer has any authority over you.
They moved on.
The question this protocol asks is whether you did.

There's more inside, including Which Tool, When, so you know which one to reach for when you need it.

I'm Lynne Durham. Executive coach, hypnotist and EFT practitioner, with thirty years in corporate life before this work and nearly ten years coaching executives since.
I built the Protocol because I kept seeing something on calls. Capable women, doing the job well, running an old criticism on a loop in the background, and paying for it in hours and evenings.
What they needed was the voice named, answered, and given somewhere to go. That's what this Protocol does.

- Is this meditation or hypnosis? No. It's a written protocol: questions, worksheets, and a few short tools. If you love meditation, as I do, this sits happily beside it.
- Do I have to answer all the questions? No. A few answers will get you through the next lesson. The questions that come up blank may be the loudest ones, and there's a page inside about what to do when that happens.
- What if the noise comes back?It will, at first. That's the whole reason the seven days and the four tools exist, and there's a page for IF it comes back harder than when you started.
- I don't have time for another program. When you begin by answering what feels right and what your time allows, you can start with as little as five minutes. The full audit takes about forty minutes max, and the rest is done in minutes at a time. It's built for people whose weeks are already full.
- I've read the books on this. Why would this be different?A book may explain where the voice came from. That's great! All information is good information. This course gets more information out of your head; gives it a name and a date, then includes your own facts. You finish with a useful action and/or direction to read on the next wobbly evening.
- Does anyone see what I write? No. There's no group, nothing to submit, and nothing to share. You can write a real manager's name on a worksheet, and it stays with you. Every tool is kept on your browser with options to save or print to your files.
- How long do I have to complete the course? There's no hurry aside from your own needs. The Protocol is yours to keep, with no expiry.

Name the voice. Write your answers. Keep them close.
